clubbing of income of huf
if karta transfer a property into huf at the time of creation of huf. will income arise from such property shall be clubbed or not in the personal income of karta?

It will be clubbed in the Hands of the transferor, only if it is transferred for an inadequate consideration as per section 64(2)
