composition dealer
my client is a composition dealer in Rajasthan but one of his customers having business in Maharashtra.Can my client sales goods to him if he comes to his store at Rajasthan ??

no, composition dealer can't sell the product outside the state
what if a person from out of state comes to his outlet ?
then he can't sell, if he want to sell, he should withdraw composition scheme
if the above person (buyer) comes to the seller state to buy..I believe there is no issue as it wil b intra state supply subject to provisions of place of supply..
to my knowledge subject to place of supply provison seller can sell if the buyer comes to his state and buy

last doubt.... what if Customer ask to transport the goods to his business place ( in another state) in the above situation (where customer comes to clients place of business) then can my client do so as transport bilty will show an interest state transfer

The interstate transfer would be by the buyer. Should not be a problem.
