Job after ca final

I am ca final student. I want to know is this true that a CA who has taken more than 3 attempts to clear it do not get job in corporate sector.

Attempts does not count. knowledge and confidence is important

Not sure if failing in exam for more than 3-4 times makes you lose the best package but I'm in CA final (failed multiple times) and earn 37k a batch mate cleared in first attempt and is earning 25k. Both are of same age.

Hi Shelley Singh, since I'm in corporate sector I do have people cleared CA in first attempt and earning less than people who cleared in multiple attempts. Don't worry about attempts concentrate on your knowledge base and qualify as a CA, you will have huge avenues later. Agree with Bhuvana too

I am presenting some real facts here. Yes, Attempts matter a lot to get the first job after qualification. They will ask in the intetview "WHY YOU TOOK SO MANY ATTEMPTS?" People can hardly formulate any reply of this kind of question . But if you have done your articleship sincerely and possess sound practical knowledge then you will get through it without much problem. Gone are those days when attempts were just a number.
