shops and establishment act

I refer from the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establihment Act, 1958. This act is also extended to Delhi & Haryana. Wages are as defined in the Payment of Wages Act, 1936. Also the Shops and Commercail Establihment Acts are adminitered by the Jurisdictional Labour Department and therefore the prescribed minimum wages should be adhered to.
