Respected sir,

1. Which GSTR Return applicable in Composite Supply of car service centre for servicing of car and if it is seen during servicing that certain materials/parts are required to supply of goods? Which Rate will be taken?

2. In above, Which GSTR Return applicable in only Service of car?

2. He is registered under Regular scheme only then he must file GSTR 1 2 and 3 returns and GSTR 3B...

1. You can file with both taxes as Composite supply. Also the option provided in GSTR 1 and 2 returns... Both rates are taken as per supply of Goods and Services....

If registered under the regular scheme, then have to file GSTR 1, 2 and 3.

It is the case of composite supply, so the rate of GST for supplying materials along with servicing of car shall be charged at the rate applicable for servicing of car..
