how to pay gst on travel agency ticket booking? we don't collect separate gst from customers. we book ticket online and we get commision. Whether we have to calculate gst as inclusive of commision? or gst on direct commision amount? we also have trading of mobile recharge dth recharge air ticket railway ticket and bus ticket booking. Please suggest. and what is the rate of gst? 18% on commision or 5% ? for travel agent

The rate is 18%. And as per literal meaning of law you have to pay gst on whole amount

if your aggregate turnover means commission and others taxable supply exceeds 20 lakh in a year

whole amount means? if I have received 3lac as commision and I have not collected separate gst, i should calculate gst 18% on 3lac or i should treat it as inclusive of gst?
