once you submite GSTR 3B you can't change any of this return of any change it will be rectified in GSTR 1,2&3

IT IS OPEN TO MAKE CHANGES IN GSTR 3B FOR THE M/O JULY IF RETURN FOR THE SAME NOT FILED BUT ONLY SUBMITTED SO HERE IS THE TIME TO CHANGES ON GSTR 3B FOR THE M/O JULY AND SAVE AND SUBMIT

But submit button not appearing , Due to this we are unable to file our August return and govt. charging penalty continuosly , As per news channels 50 lakh returns are pending due to glitches of GST portal but govt. charging 200 per day means 50,00,000*200= 1000000000/- per day revenue just from late fees , Is it acche din ??? All bunisses facing lots of liquidity problem due to RCM/Advance receipt tax /interest / penalty. Just due to the dictatorship of our govt.
