ITC related query

sir we sell outside of state and purchase intra state so I have output IGST so can I adjust ITC of CGST and SGST
most of advocate says not adjust it ....

Yes you can adjust ITC of CSGT or SGST against payment of IGST. You can not adjust CGST against SGST & SGST against CGST

most of people say you can not adjust ITC of SGST or CGST against payment of IGST
I ITC of Rs 3300 of SGST and CGST and now I have to pay IGST of Rs.7000 so what will payment of gst

yes, you can adjust cgst input credit as well as sgst input credit against igst liability

The order in which credit needs to be set off is explained in the table below:

Input Tax Credit

Set off against liability

CGST (Central GST)

CGST and IGST (in that order)

SGST (State GST)

SGST and IGST (in that order)

IGST (integrated GST)

IGST, CGST, SGST (in that order)
