Yes manager can be appointed in two companies

But in that companies Managing Directors should not be there or appointed later unless manager vacate his/her office.

aman bro it is prohibited under section 203(3)
3rd proviso

Sumit it's written about MD. Refer section 203(3) it is written that a whole time KMP shall not hold office in more than one company except in it's subsidiary. And manager is a KMP so I think he can be manager in subsidiary co

comp. kisi ko apna MD appoint kar skati hai jo kisi other 1 comp. me already Yato MGR hai ya MD hai

agr pehle se wo other comp. me MGR hai ya MD hai to company usko apna MGR appointed nahi kar sakti
proviso me facility sirf MD appoint karne ki hai

ab yato aap ese padh lo ki MGR ke liye LAW is silent Ya law maker given facility only for MD
