FOR THE PAYMENT OF GST LIABILITY YOU HAVE TO LOGIN BUT SITE IS TOO BUSY
You can make payment only after login.
After login you go to services> create challan >make payment.
After this you can update your retrun. This is for GSTr3b only.
But sorry the site is not working at this time 3.59 pm 19/08/2017
