sir if total turnover crosses 20lakh which is fully exempted goods and rental income recived will be only 1.5 lack per annum which is recived on commercial property is it required to collect gst on that rental income..?
ll it get input credit if so, if there is no output tax to set off what to do. plz gv suggestions.
yes gst will charge on rent..
As the total total turnover includes exempt goods also
