It's filing in Online mode only....
At Once again : Our GST related forms, returns, Complaints, Refund and all other is only Online... No manual submission......

If it is new registration........... all your comliances will start from date of application.
If you have applied in August...... GSTRN 3B will be applicable for month of August. (Not July)
