One of my friend is petty contractor of Dilip buildcon, even his gross receipts was less than 20 laks he has taken GST no. now doubt is, what is his tax liability if,
1. His gross receipts does not get exceed 20 lakhs, after taking GST no.
2. The services provided by dilip buildcon is exempt as he is main contractor and providing services to Govt.
