Requirement of GST registration in case of freelancer ?
If anybody giving online service across the globe and getting money from out of India then what will be the applicability of registration for freelancers, whether it is required to get registered or not ?

ya it treated as export of service and GST would be charges on RCM basis
Your services is excempt, So you don't want register under GST.. If you want Valundary registration under GST you don't pay any race to GST. Your billing also 0%....
if any person are provid service in India then REGISTRATION is required

Not Exempt from GST....
It's execempt if export of service from india to other country.....
Dear all,
there is a company who give right to other individual to provide service independently under the brand name of company.
company charges a nominal one time fees for 5 years to giving such rights.
in this case, how will be income of that other person will be taxed under gst.
