I Have purchased goods worth of 117830/- inclusive of gst.
And paid freight of Rs.6855/- to a registered transport agency. Who hasn't charge any GST in the Transport Receipt.
Is GST Applicable on this transportation cost of Rs.6855/- ?
If yes how?
If you are a registered supplier under GST it is your liability to pay GST on transportation under reverse charge mechanism.
If you are registered transporter has to charge GST on his invoice to you.
