please anyone clarify for following

1. can we have to pay GST on consumables like purchase from kirana shop which are using in office for day to day activities like tea powder, soaps, wash room cleaning & House keeping purpose,

2. I think some items we purchase after payment of tax, then again we need to pay at the end of the month by raising self invoice under RCM

3.can I adjust my liability with my ITC or I need pay only in cash while payment of GST under RCM from unregistered purchase s

if u r a gst holder u can get itc for purchase from whom u get gst bill .and from unregister purchase your limit is 5000 per day all total.no rcm on 5000.see 16 section

Let me also clarify my doubt - if we buy say Rs 250 snacks from the URD for an employee. And this is the only cash expense in this day. Will this still need company to pay RCM or since this is below limit, we can esape GST and still book this expenditure?

Yes, You can ... exactly correct., you can't pay RCM

Is travelling by auto rikshaw taken as 'Rent a cab' by government? Bse, if we rent a cab and claim its expense, company is suppossed to pay RCM irrespective of value. Right? Same for auto also?
