TDS(DIRECT TAX) ON INVOICE BASIC VALUE OR INVOICE COMPLETE VALUE.

In the present scenario of service tax, we are deducting the TDS on basic value of Invoice but In the current scenario of GST: on which value of invoice , we will deduct the TDS.

Yes the same as follow in GST.
TDS deduct in basic/service value...

As on today no new notification issued under GST regime............ as rightly said by Mr. PM Raja.. ................. So, can consider the validity of the earlier circular no. 1/2014 dated 13.01.2014 till further notified........ which clearly states as under:

" 3. The matter has been examined afresh. In exercise of the powers conferred under section 119 of the Act, the Board has decided that wherever in terms of the agreement/contract between the payer and the payee, the service tax component comprised in the amount payable to a resident is indicated separately, tax shall be deducted at source under Chapter XVII-B of the Act on the amount paid/payable without including such service tax component."

Provided that no deduction shall be made if the location of the supplier and the place of supply is in a State or Union territory which is different from the State or as the case may be, Union territory of registration of the recipient.
