Is 44ADA applicable to all resident assessee unlike 44AD which is applicable to resident individual, huf and firm?

Yes, 44ADA applicable to every resident person having profession as mentioned in Sec.44AA(1). Where as, 44AD applicable to eligible assessees only (Eligible assessee - Ind, HUF, Firm).
In the memorandum explaining 44ADA its written ind, huf, firm (except llp) ...what will prevail?
