I have capital gain through stock selling in company listed in US (thro' ESPP).
Broker charged a fixed amount of Transaction fee (wire transfer rate and brokerage).
Can I deduct these transaction expense from my Capital gain.

Yes since it is paid specifically for the said transfer
it will be deducted from sales consideration as transfer exp.
