Dear Sir
As per the definition of Works Contract u/s 2(119), its stated that works contract of only immoveable property is only covered under works contract. Whether works contract of Interior Design works will be regarded as Works Contract of immoveable property and taxed at 18% or same will go under composite supply and taxed according to the principal supply.

good morning
sir we doinng innterior design works, and we have unit Imanufacturer)
if any body order gives like interior i.e kitchen , or wodrop or tv unit or table top , wordrob and cubbord
we all materila in our name , so how much tax we collect i gst ( its 18% or 28% and can u collect purchse input its correct not)
so mainly i request is 18% or 28% 01.07.2017 to til date its rte of tax @ 18% or @ 28%
