I want to Surrender the VAT Registration however Provisional GST ID has been issued to me........so what i have to do for surrender of the same.

Thanks for reply but in CGST Act same is written that same has to be surrender within 30 days from commencement of act and also there is no such form found in GST Portol

Any facility for ammendment or Cancellation of certificate starts within 5-6 days.

I had migrated from VAT to GST even though my total annual turnover from all businesses(including Rent) is LESS than 20 Lac. I had taken because I wanted to do online business. Now I have decided not to do online business. Can i surrender my GST registration? If yes how? where to Apply? There is form for OPT IN/OUT OF COMPOSITE. But i cannot find any form for surrender. Please help. Thanks

we have filed GSTR-3B nil for the month of July and Now I want to surrender/cancel our GSTIN. Please tell me the process to cancel because when we login on GST portal do not show cancellation/surrender form anywhere.
