Payment of gst under rcm on rent paid for hired accommodation used for guest house purpose
We are a Limited Company, we have hired accommodation (from Individual) to be used for Guest House Purpose. Do we have to pay GST under RCM, if yes then what is the %. ITC available or not.

When the agreement clarifies it as for residential purpose..........No GST applicable
For any other cause.......... 18%
if PG Rent is below RS 1000 per day ...........than ITC refund applicable or not ???
