02 July 2017A salaried employee does approx 20 share trading transactions on NSE BSE during the year.. Some are delivery and some are intraday settlement. In this case, can all the NSE BSE transactions including intraday be treated as capital gains (short term or long term). Or intraday will be taken as trading??

intraday trading is a part of speculation business but u can also show it income from other source as the transaction are less, so no problem wll arise
