Both come under section 194J .....TDS @ 10% limit of 30K crossed.....

But limit for 30,000/- is separate for differnt services like professional , technical etc.

But the section 194J applies to the person paying the fees and it considers all the services mentioned herein separately. Because it is saying fees "or" technical services
