Hi,

Pls advice GST on Rent A Cab service, In current regime service tax payable by the service receipent in case of service provider is a Proprietor Concern or Service Receiver is PVT LTD Company,

Pls advice about GST regime

Renting of motorcab (If fuel cost is borne by the service recipient, then 18% GST will apply) Or else 5% No ITC available. However itc will be allowed if such services are used toward making taxable outward supplies of same category of services. And Radio taxi or Passenger Transport Services provided through electronic commerce operator where service is provided by Taxi driver or Rent a cab operator, tax Is paid 100% by Electronic Commerce

Please let me know in the case of Rent a CAB operator, if GST is to be charged on the TOLL and Permit charges collected from the clients on the basis of actuals.

hi sir, gst will not be charged on toll fee, because toll is a tax & tax on tax is not possible

Is thre any credit of gst paid on input services of motorcab received by the Motorcab service provider is available or not?....if he is following 5% rate of gst,like same as in servicetax.
