Relief u/s 89

I have been received notice u/s 143(1) where in raise demand of which i had claimed relief u/s 89. Relief 89 is not allowed because non filing of form 10E. Now i filled & submit the form 10E. Further any compliance i have required. Thanks in advance for Suggestions

No, nothing else to be submitted other than 10E form

after filing form 10E department will allow u relief U/S 89 of Act however if it does not allow because 143 (1) has already been initiated then rectification to be filed

This section i know but i need to upload X M L file, under X M L file which section is opt. if i take section earlier consider by follow this section 234a become tax payable

You are only rectifying your original return. You need to select the section which you had originally selected (because this is not a case of revision of returns u/s 139(5) nor is this a case of rectification of defective notice u/s 139(9)).

If you had initially filed the return within due date, then select: "On or Before Due Date - 139(1)"
