Tax on herbal soap
Sir, we are selling herbal soap like Moringa, Papaya, Rose Soap. What tax rate will charged for these?

In current scenario, it depends on state to state. Which state you selling from? (For Delhi, it should be 5%)
SIR WE SELLING FROM JODHPUR, RAJASTHAN.
Oil based washing soap in any form or packaging having maximum retail price less than "Rs. 70/- per Kilogram" but excluding detergent soap in any form to be taxable @ 5.5%.
For non-oil based rate shall be 14.5%.
