Yes, for FY 2014-15, 31st March, 2017 is last date; and don't wait till last minute rush!!
penalty will also be levied if the itr is below taxable limit???
penalty is discretion of A.O if filed after due date u/s 139 (1) or 139 (4)
however if ur taxable income is below the limit than A.O may wave of your penalty
because a individual is not required to file itr if his total income not chargeable to tax.
