If someone want to give exams of IPCC in November 2017 then till when he should be registered himself????

Now it is not possible to Register for the NOV-17 IPCC, because the time limit is Feb-28-2017. Even if u register now u have to wait for May-18. Till than go for coaching and start preparing.
