Income tax refund possible?
Dismissal Order has been set aside by High Court. It has also ordered payment of dues eligible but for the dismissal. Salary arrears of 19 Lakhs paid after 4+lakhs Tax deduction. Sir, Any possibility of refund?

Yes. The salary is assessed in the year of its earning but tax is deducted on total amount. So, u/s. 89(1) relief is available for the salary arrears. File Form 10E and upload return with refund of excess TDS deducted.
