the annual accounts for the f. y. 2015-16 were not filed with roc what is the solution now

You will have to file a annual accounts for the F.Y 2015-16 in Form No AOC-4 by paying Late Fee to the MCA.

File it now. AOC 4 is required to be filed within 30 days of AGM. However, this year it can be filed by 29.10.2016 without late fee. Refer circular dated 29.7.2016 issued by MCA:

SIR PLEASE TELL ME THE COMPLETE PROCEDURE OF FILING DELAY IN SATISFACTION OF CHARGE. I HAVE FILED CHG-4 AND CHG-8 WITH LATE PAYMENT FEE. BUT NO APPROVAL YET RECEIVED. WHAT IS LEFT FOR COMPLETING THE AFORESAID PROCESS FOR APPROVAL STATUS .
