Signing of financial statment
Is the Company Secretary is required to signed the financial statment for the F.Y 2015-16 as his appointment is made on the 1st may 2016.

Yes... Sec 134(1) is quite clear that Financial Statements shall be signed by CS as well, where he is appointed. So if the CS has already been appointed before the date of signing of financial statements, then he will have to sign the same
