When refund is sent to a bank account. The Name , PAN No of assesse should match with account of Bank - other wise the refund will be reversed.
STRICTLY ACCOUNT NO SHOULD BELONG TO ASSESSEE ONLY.

If the refund amount pertains to you, then why there is a need to show some other persons Bank Account details ? Isn't that money which the government has received in the form of TDS or otherwise, not belonging to you?
