Hello i have basic knowledge of PF and ESIC and i want to learn PF and ESIC...all the return filings and payments...like which challan is used for payment and which form used for return filing...pls explain with all details..

Pf paymnt 15th monthly for previous month retrn 25th every month for previous month annual return 30th April esic paymnt monthly 21st month return half yearly 12may nd 12th November

as far as pf is concerned there is no need for saparet return filing, just download e-return tool 6 from EPFO, prepare ECR file by furnishing details in tool data base as employees detail and salary detail in respective head which is user friendly. after generating ECR approve it and make the payment online through SBI online payment portal of PF by putting that perticular ECR number. return will automatically updated on EPFO website and credit will transfer o employees.

Simple.

Hi,
i think, it will be better for u

Due date of PF Challan is 15th of every month
Due date of ESI Challan is 21st of every month
Due date of PF monthly Return 25 th of every month
Due date of PF Annual Return 25th April of every year
Due date of ESI Return 11th May and 11th November of every year.

Thanks...This is right ..but TRRN should be mentioned...and ECR is Electronic Challan cum Return...therefore no return is required...

Sir can you explain the same for ESIC..

yes actually it was TRRN not ECR number. actually i have not done this practically will tell you tommorow when i do it my self, if you can waite till then.
