Can a pvt limited co have the same name as llp with same business and directors
Want to start a pvt limited company with the existing LLP name and nature of business. Can the pvt limited have the same name as the existing LLP. Same partners to be directors in Pvt Ltd Co.

No...Exact name won't be provided to anyone. You may add a word in existing name, provided you submit NOC from existing LLP.
Thanks. Planning to start the company with the same business as in LLP. LLP to be closed.
