we purchased a tool from Tamilnadu in june 2015. item came to their godown in in our state next day.unfortchunately we collected that item in october 2.their invoice date is 02/06/2015.we accounted that bill in 03 October Only.Can we issue C Form For Them Or Pay full Vat Amount? Pls Give A brief Possibilities about These transaction.

You have to file revise return for the last qtr .i.e 30 June with incorporated such entry and issue the C form accordingly. Further it should be kept remembered that vat return for the 30sep qtr not to be filed before filing of revised return ie firstly you should filed the revised return and after that file the 30 th sep qtr return

When item is first came to their godown then i don't think that we have to issue C-form. We have to take such purchase as intrastate purchases.

I think you have Bill booked on 3.10.2015 You will issued "C" form in 3rth QTR return. this yours defoult in that their godown good. when will be purchased booked that qtr issued "C" form.

What I understand in your case is.. the bill is received from supplier's Tamil Nadu office, raised on you with your address as billing address..Goods delivered from Tamil Nadu and the delivery location has been the godown of the supplier locaetd in your state. The supplier has charged CST in its invoice. In my view you can account for the same in October and accordingly issue C form for the same. There is a judgement pertaining to state of Gujarat that C form for invoice dated in a particular month can be issued in subsequent month based on the delivery of goods.

Have to revise return & will be issued form c because in invoice cst charge on based of 2% at the time of submitting yearly J-2 annual return this transaction come under other state transaction & assessment offers can realised quiry on that.
