sir, TCS applicable for sale of gold in cash exceeding 2 or 5 lakh, if signal person purchase the gold above the limit in whole year time to time, can TCS deducted or not

TCS is applicable on sale of bullion exceeding 2 lakhs and on jewellery beyond 5 lakhs
And it has to be taken on transaction basis and not on the basis of yearly basis
