11 March 2015i want to know that if tds is dedcucted @ 20% when pan is not given and further when its given then tds deducted earlier @ 20% is refundable to assesse and whether its shown its in Form 26as ( if such deduction has made proceeding years which ROI filling DATE is expiry)

U will have to revise your tds Return and update the PAN no. of the Deductee.

but here in this case i m deductee so how can i submit TDS Return and Deductor is Bank which deducted TDS on interest from fixed deposits........
and right now i submitted my Pan card and form 15G
here i want to know that TDS deducted from interest income @ 20% is refundable to me or not
because its my money which is deducted VIA TDS........
