I have received notice u/s 1431a to be treated as notice u/s 156 for outstanding demand. Notice generated by CPC computer.
DATE OF ORDER is 4/2/2016
DATE OF RECIEPT OF INTIMATION VIA EMAIL is 24/2/2016.
How much time do I have to make the payment? 30 days from which date? Date of ORDER or date on which I received email of order?

Payment should be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of intimation. In your case you have to make payment after you have received e-mail otherwise you will be considered as assessee in default.
You may also appeal to CIT(A) in case you think that demand is not bonafide.
