26 February 2015Wrong Pan No. is mentioned in the TDS return, for which CPC raise demand at higher rate 20% in place of 10% u\s 94J. But after revising the return mentioning correct PAN of the party, Department raised the same demand @ 20%. Is the action is justified. Please advise .

Here two things to observe:
1.)It seems to be you have entered WRONG PAN NUMBER again in Revised Return. Kindly check it once.
2.)and you should check your revised return status after one week from the date of filing of Tds Revised Return.
