I belongs to a Startup company and one of the Director to the company. So I am unaware of these laws and signing power of share holders/partners. our company is an IT firm. My doubt is what are the laws applicable to the one who is signing the agreement document with a clinet?
As per my knowlege, if your partnership firm is registered under the Partnership Act then that Act will apply and besides this there could be other laws that you need to comply depending upon your business Activitiy.

The company is Pvt Ltd, so it is under Companies Act right?
Since the company is an IT firm, we should sign to much of agreements day by day. Also the seal is a "For Seal" and we are signing "For the company". So my doubt is how it will affect the on one whos is signing?
