SIR MY TOTAL INCOME INCLUDE INCOME FROM 44AD & AS PER RELEVENT SECTION ADVANCE TAX IS NOT ON INCOME FROM 44AD. I HAVE NOT DEPOSITED ADVANCE TAX & INTEREST U/S 243b & 243c deposited on advance tax computed on total income excluding income from 44ad but demand has come & interest is computed on advance tax including income from 44AD so what should i do. Is demand Genuine

Tel me the list of income earned other than under sec.44ad. Do u have any other income other than the head business or profession?

sir thax for ur reply, i have PGBP income from enterprise other than 44AD income. FOR Example total income is Rs. 480907 which include Rs104556 44AD Income & Rs. 376351 from Enterprises. Interest on advance tax should only on Rs. 376351. But demand has come & asking on Rs. 480907.
