dear sir,

my client doing manufacturing school, colleges bench, windows etc. he is work 5 labours weekly salary rs.18000 for all labours, whether service tax is applicable , if yes which section, my guess is manpower supply recruitment

pls hepl me urgent

Your question is not clear!!!!!!!!!!!.

To answer your query the following information needed.

Whether your client is Pvt ltd?

Whether your client engaged those employees himself under his own payroll? or outsouced employees?

If outsourced employees? then what does contract say ? like supervision and control.
