We(Co.) are the owner of the Property at DLF Gurgaon. We have installed electricity meter at Building for which Bill was raised by DLF(not govt. authorities) which includes Service Tax Amount. Should TDS be deducted on the said payment??

TDS will be deducted on labour charges only . the value of meters will not be considered.

@ anubhav: What if, they charge service tax on cost of meter also.
Suppose:
Meter Cost Rs10000, Non Refundable Security Rs7000, Installation RS.2500, Sub Station service RS25000.
Total Rs44500.
Now, tell me should i deduct TDS on total except meter cost.
