I Have Qustion is.. Can I File IT Return For the Financial Year 2012-13, After Filling IT Return For The Year 2013-14?
I Have Filled ITR Already For the F.Y 2013-14. but Presently i want to Fill ITR For F.Y 2012-13.
Please Guide Me...

Yes bhavesh you can still file ITR for 2012-13. it will be considered as belated return.
If there is any tax liability, then interest will be charged.

But bhavesh be careful, belated returns cannot be revised.

here with i like to inform that a person didnt having tax liability for such F.Y. 2012-13,
so after that is a person have to paid Rs. 5000/- As a Panalty?
