TDS return filing is not at all tough but if proper care is not taken you will definitely get notice of department.
1. Always verify PAN numbers before you file your TDS return.
2. Always check whether challans belong to the same Assessment Year.
3. Pay TDS amount Quarter wise through separate challans.
4. Always check deduction date and deduction rate.
5. Check Interest calculation before you file TDS return.
6. Never file your TDS return late as there is a fine of Rs. 200 per day for late filing.
If your organisation does not have professional to help you in TDS filing outsource it and don't take risk.

Sir I didnt get my tds refund cheque...I hv checked online...it showing the dispatched on 6th june...so is it possible tht even after one n half month it is nt delivered...I enquired in post office..they also said no..nw what to do if it is returned?
