What exactly is the syllabus of co law for nov 14

Hi,

Can someone tell me what exactly is the syllabus for Nov 14 Company Law CA Final. Are few sections of Cos Act 13 and few sections of Cos Act 1956 in the syllabus or is Cos Ac 1956 fully scrapped from the syllabus. If only Cos Act 13 then how many sections applicable for the Nov 14 exam.

What about Allied Laws. Will that remain the same like before.
