Query regarding ca course

I wanted to ask that i have completed my cpt n cleared ipcc first group but since last 2 attempts not able to clear my second group and this is my third attempt and if i am not able to clear this time i'll pursue mba(finance) I just wanted to ask after completing my mba can i again pursue my ca course? If yes, then will it be a wise decision and help further in my job aspects or not? Your response will be very helpful Thanx in advance
