Attachement in form inc 22 (urgent )

Respeted Madam/Sir,

Can anyone have an idea regarding mandatory attachement in INC 22 . There is one mandatory attachement

(4) * Copy of order of the competent authority; what does it mean?

and from whom we should get it?

Kindly help on this matter,

Please note that the Certified copy of order of competent authority is mandatory to be attached only in case of shifting of registered office from one RoC to another within the same state or from one state to another within the jurisdiction of same RoC or from one state to another outside the jurisdiction of existing RoC.

It is not required to be attached for a new Company. It may be coming as a Compulsory attachment when you proceed to fill the form and it is due to a technical error. Follow the following steps -

1 Open an empty form 22

2 Click on existing Company in point one

3 Select Change within local limits of city, town or village in 3 (d)

4 Now again select a new Company in point 1

Now you will see that the Copy of order is not required in attachments.

can any tell what are the three attachments which are required to attach in form inc 22 for existing company change registered office within the local limts. if the place is owned by the director.

1. Proof of Registered Office address
(Conveyance/Lease deed/Rent Agreement
along with the rent receipts) etc.; ?

(2) Copies of the utility bills as mentioned ?

(3) A proof that the Company is permitted to use the address
as the registered office of the Company if the same is owned ?
by any other entity/ Person (not taken on lease by company);

plzzz it is urgent

but it is not properly elaborated. Director is the owner of place. there is no need of lease or rent deed. only noc is sufficient which is comes in (3) attachement. In attachment (2) utility bills of required to be attached is in the name of company or director ?. bcoz director is owning that place utility bill will be in the name of director only. what comes in attachment (1)

1) Incase the place owned by director, then some agreement has to be there .

2) if the place is owned by director the utility bill must be in the name of director

3) in proof -you will have to take letter from the director tht he has permited the company to use the place as reg.office of the company.

1) what should be the Proof of Registered Office address,if rent agreement then please provide me the legitimate formate for the same its quite urgent my reservation date validity is coming to an end so kindly provide for the same.

2) an as NOC only a signed letter from the owner will be sufficeint no any other document required to be attached along with NOC.

please solve the above query of mine its quite urgent

in case where the registered office is owned by director of the company,utility bills and address proff are mandatory dacuments to be attached .

however you can attach noc from director as it will be a good commercial practice .

place is owned by the owner and we have drafted a written that palce is given to rent free to p.ld. co for comrcl prpses and

sayd premises is owned by the ketki sharma further stated that ketki sharma has no objection afrs compnay carrying their business in sayd premises,

is it correct and we have drafted it in almost 12 lines overhere i have just written GISt.

however the place is owned by owner ,but while filing inc 22 state in the form that the place is owned by the director of the company .and just attach declaration by the directoer for the same purpose and attach a utility bill as stated in the form .

and thats it

yaa but is this NOC will not be sufficient that owner has given his consent to use the place as the registerd office of the company and directros decleration we attach in INC 7 i.e. INC 9
