Why CA's are not comfortable with the idea of allowing CS and CWA to conduct the tax audits as per the Direct Tax code?

what if CA's are put in line with CMA's to conduct cost audit or in line with CS to provide secterial services.....Thn CMA nd CS would also be uncomfortable about it.....
